As an experienced UX designer seeking to become a product manager, I understand the value of
putting users first and developing solutions that delight them. For the past 4 years, I have
applied human-centered design methodologies to gain deep insights into users’ experiences,
challenges and motivations. I have conducted research, designed prototypes, and iterated
with empathy and care, ensuring that every product and interface benefitted users and
aligned with business goals.
Some of the frameworks that shape my approach include Design Thinking, Lean UX and Agile, as
well as thought leaders like Don Norman, Alan Cooper and Richard Banfield. Their concepts of
mapping affordances, designing feedback loops and building personas have influenced how I
evaluate ease of use, intuitiveness and overall impact. I also follow leaders in growth
hacking, analytics, UX research and product management to keep learning and advancing
evidence-based strategies.
